Perhaps because it’s utterly Instagrammable, Or perhaps because it’s so eminently adaptable, with its crisp meringue shell (gluten-free, to boot) topped with creamy filling and fresh fruit. It can be made in a variety of sizes, feature fruit from any season (or no fruit at all!), be tweaked to be犹太逾越节, and even vegan! Here are a few of our favorite takes.
