These chocolate doughnuts feature a delicious, crisp crust and tender interior, and can be dressed up just about any way you can dream, withchocolate,vanilla,水果, orcaramelglaze, and endless possibilities for toppings.

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment (or in a large bowl using a hand-held electric mixer), cream the butter, oil, and sugars on medium speed until light and fluffy, 4 to 5 minutes. Add half of the milk, and mix to combine. Repeat, adding the remaining flour until incorporated, then the remaining milk until the batter is smooth.
Bake the doughnuts until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 7 to 9 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then turn onto a cooling rack.

Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack. Yields 72.
Found these straightforward to make and the flavour was lovely- unlike the light fried doughnuts these were cakey and soft and enjoyed by all!

Delicious and quite easy! I'm a fan of baked doughnuts from a local doughnut shop and this recipe provided a nice, dense texture and chocolate flavor. Note: I didn't have vanilla paste so just used extract (1 tsp) and it was delicious.
