What is it?
In Europe, only sparkling wines made in the Champagne region of France can legally be called Champagne, but some high end sparkling wine producers in the United States have acquired permission to use the title. In Champagne, the drink is naturally carbonated by a second round of fermentation, which usually takes place in the bottle in which it is sold. The beverage can range frombrut naturalorbrut zero(very dry) todoux(甜),可以是白色或上升。Champagne is a wonderful aperitif, whether on its own or mixed with liqueur or juices.
