Honey-Mustard Dressing

Yield:about 2/3 cup

The punch of this dressing relies on the brand of Dijon you use (and they can vary wildly). If you’re looking to increase the heat, add a pinch or two of dry mustard. For a real treat, use the dressing to baste peaches, nectarines, or apricots on the grill.

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbs. cider or balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher or fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Combine the honey, mustard, and vinegar in a medium bowl, and whisk until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve or store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 3 days.
