This beer cocktail is simple and delicious. For an even simpler version—the Chelada—salt the rim of an ice-filled pint glass, add light lager and fresh lime juice, and enjoy.

  • 1 12-fl.-oz. bottle light lager, such as Corona or Modelo Especial, chilled

Preparation

    This is a great beer cocktail. For a twist, instead of using salt try celery salt. This drink goes great with any spicy food especially hot wings. Something quite different to offer your guests.

    Great summertime drink. Have made it often, however, the recipe I had been using did not include the soy sauce. Try experimenting with different beers.

    This is a classic drink found on many Mexican restaurant menus. I've been making this at home for some time but, I add a small amount of tomato juice. Refreshing and hearty.
